BP: 128/76 BMI: 30.1 (Obese)

I have really fallen out of a rhythm. The cold rainy weather is preventing me from riding and my eating as been atrocious. C'mon!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
