What a day. I had my interview for a promotion today and I think I bombed. I completely went blank and just seemed like I rambled on and on. That was painful. I didn't get up and workout this morning because I wanted to be well rested for the interview, but I should have done the workout, at least I'd have that to show for the day. Ugh..... I've been eating terrible for the last few weeks and I really need to snap out of this. I did workout over the weekend, so I need to get back into that routine during the week and I think my eating will start getting back in line too. I'm dreading my weigh in on Wed. I'm sure there will be a gain. Too much sugar around lately. I need to get back to higher protein, lower carb, but I just can't seem to get motivated to do it or to stick with it. I think part of it for me is that it's been cooler out, and when it's like that warm bread, rolls, pastries, and anything carb-y sounds good. Okay, now that I've gotten my negativity out, I need to move on with my day.
