Really didn't feel like running. As a matter of fact I didn't feel like doing very much today. School, bills, an end to 10 year relationship is just to much for me at this moment. I would much rather sit on the couch with a portillo's double chocolate cake and watch hopeless romantic movies. But I ran and I pushed myself. I even broke my interval record! Tomorrow is another day and I will start fresh with a new attitude. Oh yeah I did a carb overload very bad.
