went to Dr Hart today and see I need to get back on track for cognitive health and A1C help.
Spoke to my sister Lynn Porter and need to share with her.
231.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
