got sick and was out the gym for two months and picked up twenty something pounds within that short time frame....it was initially 305 lbs when i weighed myself in sunday. I got back to eating right and working out hard starting this monday and dropped down to 300lbs...it's tough, but it's working..."hard work - dedication"
