After buying Chris Powell's book two weeks ago. I took notes and followed everything he had mentioned. The key to his advice or even many others advice is discipline and focus. That is the one thing we all must master in order to see our success. Two weeks of hard work; proper eating and working out got me my results. As I get better I'll lose more....
