The following is my testimonial for Angel and her Bootcamp. I don't know if she'll include it in her website (www.changebodiestochangelives.com), but she always tells me how proud she is of me, so this is my way of telling her how proud I am of her.

At 5’3”, I tipped the scales at 234 pounds. I was unable to diet consistently and had membership at the gym I paid for but never used. My blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels were dismal, and I had just about given up; I figured, if worse came to worse, I could probably get a lapband or gastric bypass surgery.
I met Angel in late January 2010, when my co-worker suggested that I try the fitness bootcamp with her. “I’m not going to lie to you. You’re going to hurt!” Taking her words to heart, I showed up for my first Bootcamp complete with knee braces and a lot of apprehension. From Day One, Angel would not allow me to say, “I can’t.” Bootcamp was frustrating, and Angel always demanded one hundred and ten percent. I was hurting in parts I didn’t know existed in my body, and there were so many things I couldn’t do, like sit-ups. I tried to quit several times, but Angel always had a reason for me to keep going. It boiled down to one question that she asked me one day: “You’re investing in yourself, your health. Don’t you think you’re worth it?”
To date, I have lost 35 pounds. I just got my physical exam this week, and my blood pressure was 112 over 80; cholesterol total was 164; blood sugar was 97 – not bad for someone who, a few months ago, was in a downward spiral! I used to wear a size 22. Last night I fit into size 16 pants. And those knee braces? I don’t even know where they are anymore. I could go on and on about all the positive effects Angel’s Bootcamp has had on my life, but there wouldn’t be enough space here. I can just say that I’m no longer passively waiting for something to change my life; I’m changing it right now because I’ve truly been “Touched by an Angel.”
