am fost foarte atent cu ce am mancat chiar si cand am iesit in oras. fara zahar si fastfood si Duminica am mancat 2 prajituri si am baut o bere si 4 patratele de ciocolata amatuie (25g). 3 zile consecutive de calistenice si alergari usoare sau sprinturi
