Feel a lot more in control today. Ate low fat Ranch - fraction of the fat and calories - very good and cheap! Walmart is awesome. Not sure why I did not drop more weight. Hopefully tomorrow with working out I'll be able to get at least a pound off. Really want to be in the 170's by Monday - that would be aweseom. My dream is to be at 173 by Father's Day weekend. That is a HUGE goal and I don't see how it is possible. A lot of sacrifice and we are going to Disney on Friday!
