Butter fried onions and peppers, avocado, egg, cheese and a spoonful of salsa this morning...all in a bowl. This WOE is perfect for me. I feel like my energy is high and my mind is sharp! Really don't miss cloudy carbs much at all...still want chips with dips, but now I use slices of yellow squash and zucchini and celery. Off to work now...
