Gorgeous morning and cooler. I'll complete 4.4 miles walking today, bringing my weekly total for the 100-mile challenge to 25.8 miles, right on target to get at least 25 miles per week. I'll again be splitting my mileage a bit, walking 3.4 this AM (2.7 with dogs) and then a quick mile late this afternoon.

One of the contractors was a no-show yesterday and, unfortunately, it affected my mood too much, and therefore my food. I've GOT TO not give up so much power to these folks. I AM in charge of my eating, NOT THEM! Maybe by the time I'm 90, I'll finally have it all together - LOL!

Thrift shop volunteering this afternoon, then perhaps a stop at Walmart. Looking forward to the VP Debate tomorrow night!

Thanks Buffy. Turns out the guy showed up today (!!), just a bit ahead of another contractor who was scheduled for today. It turns out the company was going through a computer change and lots of folks' appointments got goofed up. He said nearly all his appointments yesterday said they didn't expect him until today and today's appointments are all telling him they expected him yesterday. Sometimes, stuff just happens!
