Day two. Hungry and a bit weak, but all went well. I really enjoyed the weight watchers mexican casserole. Yummy. Im trying to hold off on going back for seconds even though I am still allowed about 400 more calories. Im shooting for the first week staying around the 1100 mark...
Exercise was tough today. My lungs felt as though they could not get any air, as if they were stiff. I need to stick with it to get back in shape..
