i think im doing a good start as i told my friends, my officemate and my family that im on my healthy diet.
right know, they wont ask me to eat this and that food. they're like respecting what i've done and also i have my friends that wanna be my diet coaches. haha!
thanks to all for supporting me.I dont wanna make my diet plan as a secret anymore like i did before.
