TOTALLY freakin shocked!!! I at 1913 calories yesterday. I had switched my percentages & increased fat, lowered carbs & lowered protein & ate WAY over the RDI of 1400 (which is set to lose 1/2 pound a week). I woke up this morning at my lowest weight EVER! Nothing wrong with eating more calories & losing weight so I am going to continue & see how it goes. Staying under 40 net carbs is hard but I like the results!
