Monday, October 8, 2012. Starting weight 121 Initial Goal weight 115 6 lb weight loss
I joined Fatsecret in December 2011. Initially, I did very well. I logged into the website every day several times a day to record food and exerciese journals and sometimes search for recipes. Two months in I started to taper off and then it was all down hill from there. I noticed that when I did not keep track of my diet and exercise, I did not do as well on my diet. Well today is a new day. I went to the doctor for my annual physical well/woman's exam last week and my doctor told me that I needed to lose roughly 6 lbs to get to 115. I actually think I should be around 110 lbs but I would like to initially set an attainable goal that doesn't seem to far fetched. My goal this week is to exercise 4 times a week and eat healthy. Today, I had maple and brown sugar oatmeal for breakfast. I will have canteloupe as an early morning snack, a healthy lunch (not sure yet), an apple and natural almonds for afternoon snack and a healthy dinner. I not only want to to this to live healthy but I want to do this for my 3 yr. old daughther. She deserves to have a mother who will be here for her.
