...Ok, it's better. I can see the muscle tone but there's still a lot of extra meat suit. Cardio, cardio, cardio.
I'm annoyed that my plans to start my next round of P90X are thrown off by the sick. I was supposed to start Tuesday, but I'm going to need to wait at least another week before I start pushing my body that hard. Next week I plan to get back in the pool, not training hard but getting back into the swing of things. Lots of treading water, slow, and gentle swimming.
If I can stay low carb, and get through P90X, I'm going to ROCK my 33rd in that bikini! I'm soooooooo close!
