I did really well today. Under 1300 cal and didn’t eat meat! I am going to succeed this time. No more diets.

If u are a male u should never eat so little amount of calories, I mean i guess if ur like a midget u could eat that amount and be healthy. it’s not about losing weight fast it’s about doing in a healthy manner that won’t lead u to yo yo in ur weight.
