Once again i have not given two shits about my weight for quite a while. I have been active playing basketball about 3 times a week but eating anything and everything!

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 January 2019:

U do not need that to lose weight. U need a caloric deficit focus on that and wow u will succeed.

It’s a combination of both exercise and diet, both, that will help. And by exercise I don’t mean you need to spend 3 hours a day at the gym. A sedentary lifestyle can be as bad as eating as much as you want of whatever you want.

Focus on one thing do it right, when u mastered it add something else. Don’t listen to people that tell u u have to do everything at ones

Calories focus on calories * master calorie control and it will change ur life
