Thanks for all your thoughts and wisdoms. I think I'm officially back on track. I missed recording for a couple days, and while I didn't go completely nuts, I suspect some non-diet items definately got eaten. Still. I'm back at the gym now, and there is lots of healthy stew in the fridge and all of the chocolate is gone now along with quite a bit of the stress. So hopefully, I can be full steam ahead for a couple of weeks.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 April 2008:

We all need some time to just step back from the constant diet regime and just live our lives. Don't worry about it. If you didn't go crazy with overeating you should be fine.
