Thanks for all your thoughts and wisdoms. I think I'm officially back on track. I missed recording for a couple days, and while I didn't go completely nuts, I suspect some non-diet items definately got eaten. Still. I'm back at the gym now, and there is lots of healthy stew in the fridge and all of the chocolate is gone now along with quite a bit of the stress. So hopefully, I can be full steam ahead for a couple of weeks.
