Getting frustrated with my slow loss, need to start keeping food log and counting every little carb if I am not following menu exactly.

You looks like your losing at a great pace. Keep your expectations for weight loss realistic. I'm lucky to lose 2 pounds a month. Some weeks will be bigger and others smaller. We also have weeks where we do everything right and gain, and weeks of overeating and loss. It takes time and hard work to get the weight off. Stay consistent and keep going. Your doing great.

Thanks for the encouragement! I needed it! Wonderful to have someone to cheer me on! Hubs cheats and he still loses! Frustrating! He is down 60lbs in the same time as me!

You are definitely doing something right! :) Don't be so hard on yourself; be patient, it will happen. And, Never compare your progress to a man's. They are biological machines compared to a woman's chemistry! LOL! If I may, I would like to ask you a few questions... What is your exercise routine like? Walk me through the average week (weeks, if patterns change). You said you need to start keeping a food log. Have you done that? What are your eating habits like? Oh, and... have you had your body fat percentage calculated, and measurements taken?
