I actually got my "Work Salad" Lunch recipe approved! It is very tasty and FILLING!

LOL, I just told everyone in my last journal entry about my shrimp, avocado & cherry-tomato salad! I also use radishes....yummy! I'm so glad you published that recipe, it gives people fantastic lunch ideas! Holy cow I just checked out your graph! Great job!

Thanks! I got to ride my Bike for the first time this year! It was 65 and sunny! 3 miles in 7th gear is better than 1 mile on the eliptical every day! LOL!
