I'm realizing that this is the time of day I'm likely to cheat. Both children are down for a nap, so I have time to eat. Plus, I don't think I'm eating enough earlier in the day, so by now I'm starving. I will try to change that tomorrow.

Hang in there...there is nothing wrong with snacking right now, just do it with carrots or fruit or something on the can eat list! You are definitely not eating enough...I would say try to keep your cal intake up to about 1200 and then you will be satisfied all day long! You can do this, keep pushing along. I found that if you have a craving, take a bite and then walk away, you are better to do that then to eat the whole plate of brownies or chips or what ever it might be! I know you can do this! I am here for you!!!
