Woozers! I took my fasting blood sugar level this morning, about 11.5 hrs after I ate last night, and it was 125!!! I took it twice and both times the same. That is extremely HIGH! Not good. However, I think I'm one of those people that has to take my fasting as soon as I wake up in the morning. I forget the terminology...but I know what I'm talking about even if no one else does. LOL
Went for a walk at the dog park last night. Lost another 1/2 pound of the 6 I gained a couple weekends ago. AND, I've been tracking my food intake each day this week. It's been a little tough to do during the day but at least I have a general idea.
I'm trying to stay focused on that "feeling" one gets when they keep losing weight. It seems to be helping.
It's a beautiful day out! Think I'll mow the yard when I get home!

Take care of yourself, make sure you're getting an accurate reading. Congrats on the drop!

BRAVO on losing, yet some more!! You CAN do this!! Blood sugars... ugh... not fun stuff. Honey... believe me when I say, stop eating 2-3 hours before bed and then test at the 12th hour.... when you get up. Time it that way... so if you are up at 6 am.... try to be done "consuming" by 6. Easy no, ... possible, YES!! YOU can do it, because you WANT to... because you HAVE to... to get to your goals! YOU CAN AND WILL DO THIS!! No food for 12 hours at night... YES! Do it because you can and you WILL GET HEALTHY!! For you, for your family.... for your DAUGHTER. Your will to get there, is there... Do it for your GOD. YOU ... yes you my friend... YOU Can DO THIS. Show US how much YOU want this!! You can shake 125 with good eating habits and good control. YOU have proven yourself... just chose to DO it! :) (hugs) loves ya chicka! xoxo
