I think I'm doing OK so far. I feel better, at least, but I'm afraid to weigh in. If I haven't lost anything, I know I'll get discouraged.

After breakfast yesterday, I didn't eat my snack or lunch and ended up bingeing at the Great Outdoors. A mocha shake? Really? I even thought about it before I did it and just didn't care because I was so hungry. I've got to change my attitude. I hope my grueling yoga session helped make up for my slip.

So you slipped....get back on track and you will be just fine! Hang in there, it will get easier! Don't be discouraged if you don't see a loss, it will happen, just stay positive!
