Been off my game for a few days and it shows on the scale today. Workouts have been cancelled due to poor air quality in our area and I just can't get my happy a** motivated into the gym. Not making excuses, just sayin' it was a relaxing weekend in every sense--resting, no workouts, eating randomly and eating out. Today is nose to the grindstone day--only 20 days left before final weigh in on my 90-day workout challenge. I wonder how much I can lose in 20 days? Let's find out. . .
