I really ate too much yesterday. I went to spend the night at a friends house, and I just went way overboard. WAY too much sugar, fat, and just food overall...

But today I think I made up for it. Wasn't the most healthy food, but I went for a very long walk and didn't sit around too much. It was actually a really fun day overall, because I was still with my friend. We walked through the park together and chatted a lot and did some art. Then later I went to a festival (that I hadn't even realized was happening), and that was really fun. Got a couple really nice things and my mom grabbed a wooden carved mask. Almost got two dollars off a scarf I bought because the lady didn't have the right change, but I was in a good mood so I managed to find some extra ones in my wallet. Also because I just really like the scarf (red with a golden sparkly tinge).

Also, I've noticed that on average I get 60 grams of sugar and the RDI is closer to 30. I think my first goal will be to lower it slowly to 30 or less. I never really noticed just how many things have sugar in them.

Though, I must have been having way more before, because ever since I've started recording this stuff I have tried to stay away from sweets and succeeded quite well. I actually don't crave straight up candy all that much anymore. I do still like sugar in my coffee when I have it, though.

I'm weighing myself either tomorrow or the day after, since I've got a challenge starting soon and want to have accurate results at the end. Plus, the last time I weighed was using a different scale than the one I'll be using. I weighed on two different scales a while ago, with an 8 pound difference, so I know that it can really vary between scales.

Anyways, I really only logged on to put in my food for the day, and It's late, so I should be getting to bed.
