I woke up this morning and was under 200 lbs! I won't record my weight until next Friday but I was happy to see that number! I worked HARD today helping my husband do some tree work. Made some money, got a great workout...it was a total win/win. I'm filthy with pine sap but I feel accomplished. Walked up a huge steep mountain this afternoon and barely was out of breath. I used to feel like I was going to die by the time I got to the top. I'm feeling so great! I can't believe how much confidence I have now..things are looking up. I can't believe what some hard work and will power will do.
