I haven't weighed for this week yet...I'm just not ready to see what it says. I have however, been walking about 3 miles a day this week. It's not really been just because I wanted to, though I'd like to say that's why. Without the boring details, its been necessity but maybe that's a good thing...if you can't push yourself, sometimes other circumstances will instead.

My back isn't hurting at all now so I'm jumping on the exercise today! I've been on the elliptical some but I hate it so its hard to stay with it. I actually have fun doing Zumba (video not in class) and Tiffany Rothe workouts. It's a new day full of new possibilities! :)

I guess my weight was wrong last week because the scale is saying 195 this week. Unless there is something wrong with the scale? I have been motivated but I seriously doubt I've lost 3lbs this week. I'm almost done using lbs to measure my weight loss because it's been so weird lately, does more damage than good because I am just left confused every time I weigh.
I went down a notch on my belt though and it is the smallest notch my belt has. That is the proof, numbers really mean very little in the grand scheme. So I guess this is happening, the scale is going back down. It almost doesn't seem real. I know I'm working toward it so I should expect it but the way everything else in life is going I am surprised SOMETHING is actually working out the way I've planned.
As always, I could be doing a little better with my diet but I can't say it's been bad. I have not made good on my commitment to record food and I just don't know if I can. I have a minute now and then to journal (for my sanity, somewhere to get out the things I don't talk about to anyone) but logging every time I eat or logging ahead of time and having to go back and change it if I don't do exactly what I put is just too much.
Anyway, going strong for now. Feels pretty good.

Ah, I vowed to log all of my food but I just can't seem to do it. I need to try harder but again, it's hard to make time. I had chicken breast last night with peas and carrots though. I wasn't bad. However I did eat a dinner roll. I'd never tried to bake bread before but have learned and now am wishing I never had. Not bragging, really I'm not but I can make some sinfully yummy bread. Anyway, besides the bread I was pretty happy with my choices yesterday. I played outside with the kids. Its amazing how much weather affects mood. And how much activity level affects mood as well.
I feel great today. I got up and finished all my housework first thing. That never ever happens so I'm getting on the elliptical here in just a minute.
Still feeling very motivated.
