Ate around 10pm last night.... I'm eventually going to stop eating after 8pm. Anyway, I'm hoping to lose about 8lbs before next Friday. I have a job interview that day and I want to feel extra confident!

Hi, it shouldn't matter on what time you eat, for you are only eating a certain amount of cals per day.
