I am not putting in my coffee (all day no sugar touch of milk) And my dinner is on a salad plate only on the inside ring food is not allowed to touch the outer ring. I eat what I want at dinner as long as the plate rule is followed and NO REFILLS unless it is vegetables only. My biggest problem is boredom eating. So I Keep track while I am bored. Have chocolate in the freezer for when I NEED chocolate or something gets hurt. LOL Bag has been there a month and I have been sharing.... Dove Dark...yum.
