Im am going out on a date on Saturday. That means I have 1 more day to lose at least 500 gr. It will make a difference in my mind.
I cooked for the first time in months!!! Had only 12 carbs today, great improvement!
I feel great and I want to keep this up.. planning to lose lots of fat. 3rd of july is my birthdate, I want to weigh 70.. that sounds good, doesn't it?
