I took a sneak peek at the scale this morning...still 204. Kind of disappointing but at least I haven't gained anything. I am going to up my fat intake because I think maybe I have been getting too much protein and not enough fat. Still reading the book and it has helped me already so much. I will be a whole new me this time next year!
