So I'm at the weight I was before I was pregnant, yay lost the baby weight...now the real hard part. The weight I am now is the lowest weight I've been in my post puberty life, I've had a hell of a time trying to lose weight from this point. And I'm also sick, unlike most of the general public who lose their appetite when sick I gain a vicious appetite and I'm too fevered to workout, being sick could undo the progress I've made but so far that's not the case and I've been sick since Friday.

I've gotten bored with the repetitiveness of Zumba, though the DVD has 6 or 7 DVDs to it I only do 4 of the workouts. I've done the old school tae Bo workouts, on VHS and boy it makes me feel old knowing I used to do it in school for PE.
