The Dukan diet did not work for me. Not sure if it was something I was doing wrong, or just not the right diet for my metabolism. I have heard through friends of a program called ACE. It is a pill you take daily, drink plenty of water, exercise by walking/running atleast for a mile or 2 daily,eat healthy, and watch portion control. I am giving it a try starting on Wednesday. My goal is 10lbs in 5 weeks.
