ATTACK OF THE VEGGIES...

ok - so the interview was ok...the position was 100% commission and we cannot live without knowing what pay i will have - so back to the drawing board...thanks for the wishes

Friday - dinner was out and i had a hamberger with pepper cheese, jalps, pepper sause, lettuce, tomato, pickle - so not even at all on the diet...i made a decision to have this and did not even for one minute feel bad about it...

Saturday - i grilled pork steaks on the grill, smoked with jdaniels wood chips, baked potato also on the grill and a side salad - hubby had baked beans...

Sunday - yesterday i made homemade bbq (pulled beef) with coleslaw (shredded cabbage and maple groves bacon dressing for slaw dressing) it is sweetend with splenda and has no soy in it...very good...

so all in all - food was good...on the other hand the exercise was very poor...i am spending way too much time on the computer (job searching) and not enought time outside...must change that...

off to read journals and catch up...have a wonderful fs day

Sorry about the job. It's hard to work when you don't know what you will be bringing in or how much time you have to put into it. Yes you have to get back to exercising Vegges. You can do it. Glad you are enjoying yourself. Do a little each day. It will boost your spirits too.

one good one not so good choice- but it is healthy i think, to have that splurge once in a while, one you dont feel bad about. have a great day and good luck with the job hunt!

Something is bound to surface in the job arena. Doing good with food is probably MORE important than the exercise so if you have to do only one right now I think you are on the right track!!
