So, FitBit cannot monitor heart rate so obviously during CrossFit it does not give me anywhere near an accurate reading. I think I will return it and get BodyMedia, which uses heart rate, skin temp...etc, etc. Seems like the best aside from carrying around a personal scientist with machines (which trust me, with my OCD, I would LOOOOVE). I need to be careful not to become too obsessed with the food and exercise though, which is why I am debating actually getting the monitor. Ideally, I would like to wear BodyMedia all day, but seeing as I am a teacher, it might be a bit weird. I shall see. If not, I would love to at least see what my CrossFit workouts look like.
