I cannot buy a package of cookies! I can only have one or two in a small package to control myself! Oh well, I bought the package because I saved money, but never again... This new "Eating Right" sweetened bran cereal is very yummy and has more fiber than a lot of cereals. Safeway puts it out. After two Biggest Loser women are now at MY weight and are surpassing me, that is an incentive to get right to it and try to keep up with them and GET serious again.Yes yes yes yes yes.....luv, mary

keep after it...as we all know, its not just going to fall off...unfortunately. I guess I believe that thing that people say, it took "x" number of years to get there, it will take "x" number of years to get it off.

Stay focused..... allow yourself one cookie if you really have to have it, but what I do (sometimes it works...)is if I feel like I am going to binge as it is everywhere around me, I say to myself, wait one hour and if the urge is still overwhelming, then have one, but that is it for another hour. I usually cave after the first hour and have a piece of whatever it is, but by the 2nd hour, I find the crave is just not that strong and I try to overpower it by getting on the scale and thinking of tomorrow. Sounds crazy, but it usually prevents major binges for me. You are doing great.... keep it up!
