So, today is going quite well. I had a granola bar for breakfast, and for lunch I brought a Turkey Burger with Oven fries...So good! I loaded the burger with Tomatoes, Green Chiles, Pickles, Lettuce, so many good veggies, it was like a salad on a bun! I'm also trying to drink more water. So far I've had about 40 ounces, but I'll be sure to get some more in before the day is over. I'm trying to take the advice from Livelifefully's post, and become more aware of what I'm eating, and taking time, chewing thoroughly, etc. It really is a great way to eat less, I'm about halfway through my burger and I'm already getting full! I didn't go to the gym this morning, but I'll be sure and go on the way home!
