Finally made a MIM. Well actually a MIM loaf that I then sliced into 8 servings. Wasn't bad. The texture was a little different, but edible. Wish I had remembered to pick up cream cheese at the store though as I bet that would be awesome on it. Will have to get some tomorrow on the way home from work.

Got a small walk in with the neighbor today. Did 1 lap (1 mile) in my Shape Ups and was ready to call it quits. Can tell we haven't been walking regular. If the weather cooperates, will try for at least 1.5 laps tomorrow. If not, I may take a WATP dvd to her place (she has the bigger tv) and do that instead.

A bit high on the calories today because of lunch. Other than that, feeling good about today.

Oh bought those Oreos for boyfriend...so far so good. I sniffed them while he was eating and he tried to give me one, but I said no. If I do decide to give in and try one (since they are limited edition) that will be it...1. Not half the bag.

Yea...cream cheese is mandatory in my opinion. I prefer the Pumpkin MIM. (basic recipe, eliminate butter, add 2T pumpkin, cook 2 minutes) YUMMY

OH NO NOT OREO'S! LOL Girl if I could resist them so can you! Good work on the exercise. That is my next goal is to walk everyday. What is a WATP dvd?
