UGH!!! Had a bad will power day today. I ate things I shouldn't have and to top it all off I wasn't able to do my exercise routine today or yesterday. Feeling pretty bad about the outcome of this week. I've been pretty stressed and unmotivated. By the time I get home and get dinner done there doesn't seem to be enough time to squeeze a workout into the short time I have left; if I do it too late I won't sleep. I've tried doing workouts in the morning but I always seem to be too tired to get up or I have to go to bed so early. I know it sounds like I'm just complaining now, I'll find my way back on track tomorrow and we'll see how things turn out on the scale Saturday AM.

yeah, gripe, bitch, moan...lmao - everyone has a bad day honey...was gna say, tho - I don't know what you're paying for the Healthy Choice turkey, but see how much it works out to per pound...if its somewhere near the same, you should try the Jennie-o Hickory or Mesquite smoked chicken and turkey - just love the stuff, and no carbs! I know you'll do ok on sat...got faith in ya!
