Just realized I've lost 21 pounds with prism in 12 weeks. THe last couple weeks I didn't do as well sticking to the plan. But the real victory is that 21 pounds are gone and is the first time in my entire life I've ever lost this much weight on any diet -- let alone in just 12 weeks. I have about 15-20 pounds to go. 12 more weeks and it will be accomplished!
