Up late last night (29th) and hungry. Ate too much meat and my bs was 74 this morning (30th). I need to start weighing all my food portions. We have snow on the ground this morning and it is 25 degrees. Iikakiimat (try harder) is my motto. I haven't eaten bread, potatoes, etc. for a very long time, so better to eat the meat than the carbs on a positive note.
