So, I was on a low carb diet for the past 2 weeks and I lost 6.4 pounds. I will admit that a couple of days in my second week I cheated. Still happy with the weight loss though. Now, I think I am going to try to stick to low carb but not be as strict as I was a week ago. It is hard when there is a grocery budget and most of that budget goes to feed my 1 year old daughter and food that everyone in the house will eat. I recently received Zumba for xbox360 so I will be coupling that with my eliptical every week. I look forward to making more progress this week.
