Tried Zumba for the first time today. WOW. What a workout! I was there for a 2 hour class and I was sweating way more than I do running. My arms and legs and abs were totally sore afterward, and I'm sure I'll be hurting tomorrow, but I feel really great about it. It is going to be an awesome cross training tool!
