Well I actually made it the entire day at work. Still has a couple boughts of the chills but they passed. However the headache remained so I am presuming it is allergies again.
I did eat okay, and managed to get a few things done last night. All which were good in my book. I also got home late so threw together a quick dinner, but not what I had planned! Oh well! A fellow co-worker was kind enough to bring me tomatoes from her garden so that's what I had! They were good.
So I am feeling better today. Ready as I'll ever be to face another day.
BTW weight is back up this morning so it must have been the bug! Thank you to my buddies who offered their advice and words of wisdom yesterday!
