Ran 8 miles this week, woo-hoo! The running must have paid off because I blew it last weekend and went way over my weight watchers points, but I still lost 2 pounds :)
154.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.0 lb a week
