I decided to up my calories to 1800. I'm so hungry all the time at 1600 now that I'm doing so much more activity. The RDI Calculator on here said I should be doing 2300 cals a day now that I have so much added activity. I think 1800 is going to be more realistic with how active I'm being.
Anyway, ran again today. Felt good, but my left calf was a little tight, so I only did a mile. Still better than nothing! And walked 2.5 miles to make up for only running a mile! I'm seriously going to do this and be successful at it!
