I’ve just done my 13 yr old son’s BMI stuff 172cm height 49.6% weight 6.3% fat 65.4% water 49.6% muscle 14.4% bone dens !! 6.3% body fat .... he’s had a blooming eight pack since 11 yrs old !! Too much of a fast runner for me to catch him when he’s a little shite :)

Yep about 5ft7” @ 13yrs old He’s grown 12cm in last 5 months ;)

As well as The Fast 5.2 diet, I practise 16.8 whenever possible. It’s definitely taken care of all the late night snacking I once did👍

That’s good Mrs ihope my son eats too much rubbish and loads of sweets but is on the go 24/7 hense only 6% body fat

How did you calculate fat,water,muscle etc please? I’d like to do this for myself

Hi Stfu Easy you go online and buy a weighing scale that does it all for you (about £10-15) Set you height, age & sex then stand bare foot on the electro plates ...... get results
