man I hate when work gets in the way of things

I worked 11 hours straight yesterday and I only got up twice
needless to say I wasn't too keen on the idea of going to the gym.

I still have work to do this weekend but that's fine... I will still make it to the gym this weekend.

I have to.

I am doing well with my diet at least...but as always... running out of food already :(... that's fine though...it's worth it.

Wish me luck!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
