IAM NOT GAINING BUT IM NOT LOSING HOW TO GET OFF THIS PLATO? SUPER FUSTRATING!!!!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
